I have the same problem and do not know how to solve it Toshiba Sattelite U :. The GM is a notebook GPU so you should try the notebook version of the driver and not the desktop version.
Hi Ital, thank you for trying to help. It is a little confusing that I have a desktop albeit an all-in-one that uses a notebook card. Anyway i downloaded the driver you suggested, which took ages since it's Mb and I don't have fibre here. However I do still get the compatibility error so i will ask for Nvidia for support. I am still bothered that I don't see a device in Device Manager. Shouldn't it show as an unrecognised item? Thank you What do you see under Display adapters in Device Manager?
