This celebration tends to last a few weeks; and visitors from foreign lands are welcome to come visit during these festivities and enjoy a special celebration of the year as it passes, making memories perhaps even collecting some special mementos along the way.

Jihai Village has now completed its final celebrations for the Year of the Pig , and the stars have moved on to the next in line. This Event is now closed, and can no longer be accessed. The following details remain purely for reference purposes, and for the benefit of those who have already participated. If you have previously installed the latest client, you may be affected by this glitch. However, don't worry - you do NOT need to redownload the game! You will, however, need to apply a patch.

I have taken the liberty to release a special patcher for older versions of PWO v1. If there are any issues, please feel free to contact me. Have you ran PWO as an Administrator at least once since applying the fix? No, i'm not used to run games as admin, but thanks anyway.

As stated in the original post - the fix may require PWO to be ran as an Admin at least once to take effect. Check that you have Windows Media Player installed, and if you don't, get it from here. Some graphics cards and drivers employ an "anti-aliasing" technology designed to make graphics smoother and reduce pixellation.

While this can have a beneficial effect to many games, it can also make some things blurry. If you experience such problems, please try turning off any anti-aliasing effect in your graphics card's control panel. For nVidia cards, this can usually be found by right-clicking your Desktop, and selecting "nVidia Control Panel"; and the setting can be found here under "Manage 3D settings". Other cards may vary, please refer to the vendor for specific instructions. This may eventually freeze your client.
